Around The Garden, Seed Share Tomorrow.

Dear Folks,

Evidence of spring is when I see the fallen petals of our peach tree decorating the area under it - signaling that fruit will be following.

This "old lady" peach (Florida Prince) is almost 21 years old and has survived bug etc attacks with resulting drastic pruning and keeps coming back.  The fruit - when we can beat the birds to it, is small but delicious.

I let the Nasturtiums go wherever they want to re-seed each year and I am happy to see more of the Variegated Leaf variety popping up.

I still need to find time to make Dolma (stuffed leaves - usually grape but the nasturtium leaves make a delicious alternative) with some of my giant leaves.

My Limequat has fruit on the tree pretty much year round.  It is going into another major fruit cycle with a lovely good-use-size and baby ones right next to it.

Reminder - SEED SHARE!

My Free Seed Share is tomorrow.

Another picture of one of our feathered visitors.  While we do not appreciate this one hunting the other birds, it is impossible not to admire the beauty and majesty of them.

. . .

I will be away for a long weekend with family and back blogging next week.
